分别于1982年7月、1988年7月和2000年6月从西北大学、中国科学院水利部水土保持研究所和西北农林科技大学毕业并获学士、硕士与博士学位。
曾在加拿大（1992））、美国（2000）、澳大利亚（2005）做访问研究。
工作经历:
从1982年大学毕业迄今，一直在水土保持研究所工作。
