教育（访问）经历:
1992年7月，河北农业大学土壤与植物营养专业获学士学位。
1995年7月，中国科学院水土保持研究所获土壤学硕士学位。
2002年1月，西北农林科技大学获土壤学博士学位。
2005年12月－2006年11月，英国洛桑试验站土壤与环境系高访。
2007年，赴日进行短期访问。
2008年1月－2008年12月，英国洛桑试验站土壤与环境系博士后。
2014年5月-2014年7月，美国New Hampshire大学的地球、海洋和大气研究所，开展短期访问，与李长生教授就DNDC模型在黄土区应用开展合作研究。
工作经历:
1995年7月－1997年7月，研究实习员。
1997年8月－2000年12月，助理研究员。
2001年1月-2011年，副研究员。
2011年至今，研究员。
基于陆地生态系统中碳氮生物地球化学循环理论，结合黄土高原干旱和水土流失的现状，从过程水平、田间尺度、流域尺度、区域尺度研究碳氮循环、温室气体产生机制及减排措施。近期研究方向：
雨养区农田生态系统碳氮素转化、去向；
侵蚀条件下，生态系统土壤碳氮素迁移转化；
碳氮管理对退化生态系统生产力、土壤固碳及温室效应的影响。
